Unable to Register Product Purchased from Amazon

I bought a Deathadder from Amazon and wanted to register the product but every time I enter the S/N it says it isn’t recognized. I have quadruple checked that the S/N I entered is matching the S/N on the underside of the mouse.How am I supposed to register this mouse if it isn’t able to recognize the S/N? If a team member can reach out I can send the S/N as well as my amazon invoice if needed. Thanks!

Razer BlackShark V2 X - 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Issue - Product Already Registered

Hello Razer Team,I hope you're doing well.I recently purchased a brand-new Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and was looking forward to experiencing the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. Unfortunately, when I tried to register the product on the Razer website, I received this message:"This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support."The headset was purchased sealed and brand new, with all original packaging, accessories, and an untouched activation label on the back of the box. I also verified that the serial number engraved under the ear cushion perfectly matches the serial number on the box, which confirms the product is genuine and unused.I am fully ready to provide proof of purchase, product photos, serial number, and any other required information to assist with resolving this issue.Thank you very much for your support and cooperation. I appreciate your help and look forward to hearing from you. 🙏🏻Kind regards

Blackshark V2 Not detecting in synapse

I have to tell you this is the most trash company Ive ever had the pleasure of needing to rely on in order to do my job to put food on the table. this is the 2nd time this is happened and on a WHOLE NEW LAPTOP.I couldn't fix it last time it happened I’m running out of new computers.I effn hate these people. Can’t register a 150 dollar piece of tech because I can’t remember the EXACT TIME AND DATE of my purchase. God I really hate these ppl. Anyone know how to get it to detect? I can hear, it shows up in device manager, its not picking up audio, can’t record my voice, can not use mic. Does not detect device in synapse, no control over EQ except on the device itself. I appreciate whoever helps in advance.

Nommo V2 Pro Custom Equalizer and THX OptionDoesn't Work

I've bought Nommo V2 Pro. Whatever I do, only Presets work, I can't change the audio levels in custom. I mean, I change sliders but non of them has any effect. Movie, Music etc. affects, they are working but my only issue with the equalizer is in Custom mode.Also THX option doesn't do anything, it's always sounding stereo even though i click and select THX. I changed usb ports, updated my speakers and subwoofer to latest firmware, I even reinstalled Windows 11 Pro (latest version) but my problems persist. I tried with Synapse 4 and 3 but no luck. My bios, drivers etc are all updated. Please help me.

Razer balde 15 base model power on delay why?

My razer blade 2020 base model wont turn on for few minutes even if the power adapter is connected. I have to wait 15 or more minutes to turn on an then only turn on after pressing power button. It wont turn on before even tho ubpress power button. It runs fine after it turn on with no problem.What could be the problem?I have removed the battery cuz its bloated.  Please help what could be the issue.

Booster Prime "This option is not available for your device according to our lowest requirements in razer cortex"

I am getting this notification when I try to optimize PUBG on Booster Prime. My RIG is as follows:ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F GAMINGAMD Ryzen 3 2200GMSI GEFORCE GTX 1060 GAMING X 3G 3GB16GB RAMMy GPU is listed as the recommended GPU in order to play this game, I don’t understand why Razer would left out THE recommended GPU from their support for this game’s optimization. Please fix, thanks. What are the minimum and recommended requirements to play PUBG? – PUBG Support

Need to re-install windows: can I just download and use a windows .iso file to create a bootable UDB?

My razer pro 17 laptop (from December 2019) will no longer boot to windows after a recent windows 11  Insider update.No repair options are working, including a windows reset. My only option now looks to be creating a bootable USB pen drive and going from there. Is it ok to create a bootable pen drive from a windows 11 iso file from microsoft, or do I need a specific razer iso?If I can re-install windows once booted from the pen drive, can I then re-install the additional razer software?Any help/advice on how I can re-install windows would be very helpful and much appreciated.Also, how do I recover my windows OEM license key, if needed?Regards,John

the Razer Clio could be interesting as pair of rear speakers for true 5.1, but I’m wondering if the the software for any existing razer speakers will be updated to adjust for the rear speakers being added.

Razer leviathan v2 turns on but will not work

My leviathan v2 speakers have been working great for a while now and all of the sudden, stopped working, they turn on and the source light is green, but my pc no longer detects the speakers whatsoever. i also cannot change them to bluetooth to connect my phone to them. i just cannot get anything out of them. i have tried updating the firmware but in order to do this, the device needs to be in bluetooth mode so i cannot update, i have tried reinstalling synapse and restarting my pc but still no luck. i left it a couple of days and suddenly the source light was solid red and pressing the buttons or holding them did nothing, i switched it off at the wall and then back on and im back to them being able to turn on and off but still cannot get them in bluetooth mode or cannot get my pc to recognise them.

razer huntsman v3 pro not working

Hello,My keyboard (Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL) stopped responding completely. I tried everything:- Reinstalled Synapse- Factory reset (ESC + Caps Lock + Space)- Uninstalled drivers via Device Manager- Tried different USB ports and another PC- Tried using another profile in SynapseNothing helped. The keyboard lights up, but no keys work. Sometimes the "C" light turns on by itself. I need help urgently – is there a firmware recovery or do I need to replace it?Thanks,Alon

Hey everyone,First off, big thanks to the Razer team for finally bringing Synapse to macOS.I recently bought several Razer products, but I just realized that not all of them are currently supported in the Synapse for macOS. Synapse 4 auto switching profiles via linked games notw working

Hello, after installing Razer Synapse 4 and uninstalling Synapse 3, I encountered an issue where the Chroma profile does not switch to the one set in the Linked Games tab/module when launching a game. Have someone else encountered this problem or is that just me? And do you have solution for it?Thanks!

Razer Synapse Mac Preview doesnt recognize my Hunstman Mini

Like the title says, I have the Razer Synapse app for Mac OS but it says “No device found” despite my Huntsman Mini being plugged in, which i believe is on the list of supported devices. Anything I can do to troubleshoot?

Where is my THX Spatial Audio activation key?

I can't get a code for using the THX SPATIAL AUDIO program on my headphones, after registration I was given only 2 days of trial use, but as far as I know, either a code or a full subscription to the serial number of the product, should go to this model on website (Razer Blackshark V2)

Razer Deathadder v3 stopped working, no cursor, unresponsive, not recognized ny synapse

Razer Deathadder v3 Not Working – Request for Assistance Good day ! Razer Support, My 1-year-old Razer deathadder v3 mouse has been experiencing recurring issues where it becomes unresponsive and is not recognized by Synapse. At first, unplugging and switching USB ports temporarily fixed it, but over time, the problem worsened. Recently, it takes 20–30 minutes before it starts working again, and now it has completely stopped working despite all troubleshooting efforts (USB port changes, driver updates, restarts, etc.). Please note that the mouse was never dropped, smacked on the table, or mishandled in any way. It has always been used with care. I’d appreciate your advice on how to resolve this issue. Thank you! Razer Support

Razer naga x mmo - thumb grid wont show color but buttons are working

I am using this mouse for about 2 weeks, and thumb grid rgb isn’t working. Buttons on thumb grid panel is working but rgb doesn’t want to light up.1. Installed razer synapse 4 2. updated everything​​​​​​​​​​​​​​3. tried with disabling dynamic lighting ​​​​​​​​​​​​4.no other programs for rgb installed ​​​​​​​5.rgb  doesn’t working after using it for few days.6.i cleaned mouse.

Razer Synapse 3 causing Fullscreen Games to Minimise without warning

Using a program called Focus LoggerI have determined that Razer synapse 3 is causing Full screen Games to be pulled out of focus, while in a gaming session, and minimize instantly to desktop, without warning. It can happen after 5 minutes of gaming, or 10 minutes. Focus Logger tells me its the folder location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Synapse3\WPFUI\Framework\Razer Synapse 3 Host and points to Razer Synapse 3.exe. Is there anyway to stop synapse from doing this, would a full uninstall/reinstall  help here? Is there an issue with windows 11 and synapse?

Constantly Have to Log Back into Razer.

Why does Razer keep asking me to log back in?It can happen multiple times a day.I’ve tried reinstalling Synapse and Cortex.I’ve tried changing my password.Nothing works!It has become a major inconvenience and irritation at this point.Any suggestions?Thanks.

razer huntsman v3 pro factotry default is not factory default anymore

Idk how I manage to do this but my factory default setting has changed to my valorant setting closing synapse or switching to other computer doesn’t help how can i fix this

razer deathadder v3 pro dongle

 Razer Deathadder V3 Pro. The mouse is working when I plug the cable, but I can’t make it work wireless with the dongle.In fact, the dongle isn’t even detected by my computer (can’t see it on my devices manager). I tried to make it work on another computer, but it doesn’t work either.
