Unable to Register Product Purchased from Amazon | Razer Insider

I bought a Deathadder from Amazon and wanted to register the product but every time I enter the S/N it says it isn’t recognized. I have quadruple checked that the S/N I entered is matching the S/N on the underside of the mouse.

How am I supposed to register this mouse if it isn’t able to recognize the S/N? If a team member can reach out I can send the S/N as well as my amazon invoice if needed. Thanks!

Can you send photo of the mouse (bottom of the mouse, connected to PC, working) - via PM?

There’s some possibility, that it’s a fake mouse.
