My razer devices disconnect and reconnect out of nowhere. When it starts this cycle of disconnects and reconnects, it usually happens for several minutes straight. This is not a USB or motherboard problem. It happens to my razer keyboard and mouse at the same time. My Chroma lighting on my keyboard will revert to default color design when it disconnects, and then back to my preferred chroma settings when it reconnects. It disconnects and reconnects every couple of seconds until I reboot. Even if I plug my keyboard and mouse into different pots, the problem persists. I've tried plugging my mouse and keyboard into USB ports that I know don't have a problem, because I have other devices plugged into them that stay connected all the time. However, the problem persists no matter which USB ports I use. My mouse experiences the exact same problem at the same time, which makes it nearly impossible to use, because when it disconnects, I obviously have no input. It reconnects for a second or 2
simplemente no se escucha muy fuerte, el volumen al 100% y se siente como si estuviera en 50% o quizas menos. instale el 7.1 y no noto mucha diferencia, se escucha muy bajo, alguna solucion?

I bought a new Kaira Hyperspeed headset after my old one broke, i have it connected to my xbox and it picks up audio and my friends voices just fine but not my microphone? I go into the app on the xbox and hit mic monitoring and audio is going through just fine but it won't pick up my voice in on my xbox at all, not in parties, gamechat, discord, nothing. Am i doing something wrong or is something wrong with the headset???
Hi everyone!I use Kraken V3 Pro headset.Does anybody faced with a quiet microphone sound after the update 3.8.1031.110912? My friends used to be able to hear me perfectly at 100% microphone volume in discord, but after this update I can barely be heard, that even increasing the volume of my voice in discord to 200% helps poorly.I'll note that the problem is definitely not in the microphone, because the problem manifested itself immediately after the update, exactly in the middle of the session in CS2 (I had to restart my computer, and after restarting and logging into discord, the difference was immediately noticeable).Thanks!
i bought a new Razer headdset and im having a problem finding the activation code that I need to surround volume 7.1 and when I entered the serial number and all other infos it says error even tho its a new set im the first user and till now didnt find that code please helpppp or email me how to activate my new headset [email protected]
Hi, I bought my Razer Hammerhead TWS X for 2 years now. This is happening recently that as soon as I take my left earbuds from the case within 30 seconds to 1 minute the charge hoes away and it shuts off. And my right earbuds volume also is coming as it used to. Please help me fix my Razer Hammerhead TWS X. I would be highly obliged.
Hi, I have purchased the razor Blackshark V2 USB Headphones a couple weeks ago, but since the installation I am getting a certain sound drop issue when after a few seconds the sound completely goes off and then comes back on after a few seconds. → I have tried updating the drivers for headphones and my pc but all the drivers are up to date.→ I have also tried changing the USB port from USB 3.0 to USB 2.0 but still experiencing the same issue. Kindly guide me in resolving the issue as I am unable to figure out the exact issue causing this sound drop.
Ok so I bought a brand new pair of headphone and when I tried registering the surround sound it didn’t work and needed a activation and I searched the whole box (even roped it apart) and checked my email and nothing. No code
I tried to shut down my computer, but the Razer App Engine windows is causing issues and preventing the computer from shutting down. Can you help me correct this?

Hi, I have two cobra pro. I was playing with one when it turned off and stopped working. It was connected directly to the PC. I’ve tried to connect it to different ports or use the other mouse usb cable without success. The other mouse works fine. What should I do?
Hello, how do I remove the saved quick connect devices from my hammerhead true wireless 2nd generation on the android app? I've read in posts that you double tap both buds and hold and it causes them to reset but this isn't working. Model: Razer Hamerhead True Wireless (2nd generation)Product Number: RZ12-03820100-R3G1
