I have Nommo V2 Pro, Synapse 3 and Synapse 4 doesn't install THX drivers for it. So, i can't use THX and can't change settings in Custom Equalizer. All other functions are working as it should. Bass, EQ Presets, Lightning etc are all working.
My system is;
Windows 11 Pro 64-Bit 24H2 26100.3037 (latest build with updates)
MSI B450 Tomahawk (Non-max) with the latest BIOS named 7C02v1J5
AMD Ryzen 7 5700x3D
ASUS TUF 7800XT
Nommo V2 Pro firmware is also the latest, i mean everything in my PC is completely updated, all firmware, drivers, softwares. I even reinstalled Windows 11 Pro two times but problem persists for some reason.

Please read carefully so you/developers/engineers might have an idea because there's no one knows this solution in forums.
I've found a workaround for the problem but it's not a accessible fix for everyone and it's still mess.
I have also Blackshark V2 and it has Razer USB Sound Card. When I plug that, Synapse begins to install all necessary drivers for that USB Sound Card. It also installs THX drivers for it. After the all setup processes and restarts, a brilliant idea came to my mind. That THX driver was still looking on Razer USB Sound Card, and i thought if somehow i could make the system think My Nommo V2 Pro is Razer USB Sound Card.
What i tried was, in device manager, i manually changed my Nommo V2 Pro drivers, i installed Razer USB Sound Card drivers manually for my Nommo V2 Pro. After that, i restarted the system. When i checked, there were two Razer USB Sound Cards, one of them was actually Nommo V2 Pro.

Synapse detected both devices with proper names, Nommo V2 Pro and Razer Sound Card. When i tried to select Razer USB Card, it said "Set as Default" so that i can change settings. I clicked, error repeated. That means I broke Synapse with two Razer USB Sound Card drivers. I selected Nommo V2 Pro, it asked again to "Set as Default", when i did, it worked. I was able to choose between Stereo-THX, i was able to change custom Equalizer settings. I was in shock. Everything was working. Then, I unplugged my Razer USB Sound Card from the USB port (the real one which is for Blackshark V2) and in Synapse there was only Nommo V2 Pro left. After multiple restarts, changing settings etc. everything was working because thanks to my old Blackshark V2's USB Sound Card, i managed to install THX drivers which was also visible in device manager.

I have another PC with the latest Windows 11 Pro and motherboard of that PC is ASUS Prime B450 Plus with the BIOS version 4401, Ryzen 5 5600, ASUS Dual 6600XT. Default BIOS settings, onboard sound active and working.
I tried my Nommo V2 Pro on that computer. It installed THX drivers right away with Synapse 4 ! However, this time It stucked "Detecting" and i couldn't even change any settings even after multiple system restarts. Only positive thing was, in that system, somehow Synapse decided to install THX drivers but again for some reason, it bugged itself out so that it couldn't read device info and stucked in Nommo V2 Pro tab with "Detecting".
***IMPORTANT*** I don't know if it's another bug or a feature, but your custom Equalizer setting is saved in your device's own memory. My Custom Equalizer Settings (bass, trebble changings) were persistent even though I used the speakers on another PC. Even in my PC, after clean installation of Windows, that Custom Equalizer Setting was working, but of course since there was no THX drivers, I couldn't change my custom settings again. If I have to change, I need to plug in my Blackshark V2's USB Sound Card and repeat the processes again.
I don't know if it's a Microsoft issue or direct issue from you, but please fix it asap. I even give you a possible fix structure with detailed information. I tried my fix on Synapse 3, but i'm %100 sure it can be done with Synapse 4 too.
What's more interesting is it might related to motherboard-bios configurations and Windows-Synapse relation.
Please fix it. Your hardware is already expensive and people trust you for your high quality stuff but no matter how amazing your hardware is, if it doesn't work with bad software, it's worse than the cheapest but also working hardware.
