Since I got my Viper V2 Pro there have been some connectivity issues but usually they resolve themselves and create no issues. Just this last week though, the mouse stopped connecting to the 2.4ghz dongle entirely. To try and fix this, I bought the Razer Hyperpolling Dongle and the mouse still just won’t connect. It still works when its plugged in but can not seem to connect wirelessly. What should I do?
Fixed it, just needed to update the mouse’s drivers! The old 2.4ghz dongle still doesn’t work but that doesn’t matter now.
My 2.4 dongle is dead too, now the mouse dongle stopped working, and it seems it is happening to different devices… We need answers and support on this besides just let dongles die, my mouse isn't even a year old!

This happened to me since the 24h2 update, before that my Viper v2 pro was working wireless without any issues, now Windows doesn't even detect the dongle
Hey guys,
If you continue to experience the issue, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue.
