I have a problem with my earbuds, the left earbud when in normal mode dies in just 5 seconds and can't last, when in ANC or Ambience mode it can be steady for 5 minutes, when in normal mode it dies in 5 seconds only the left earbud

Has anyone experienced the same thing?
