Hi lokenwa1
Did you ever update your RZ09-0195 Razerblade laptop to windows 11? I have RZ09-0193 and I tried updating the the bios, drivers, firmware, tpm firmware updater, etc and i got all these to install
Razer_Blade6_Installer_v1.0.0.9.exe
RazerUpdater_v1.0.6.2_ME-11.8.50.3425
RazerUpdater_v1.0.6.2_ME-11.8,60.3590
RazerUpdater v1.0.6.6_TPM-5.62.3126
but when I got to the RazerUpdater_v1.1.0.7_B6-BIOSv0500
it tries to install but gets stuck, even after running cmd it doesn’t work!
chatgpt says i need to update EC (embedded controller) for that update to work, but I can’t find a download for that?
After that update there’s still 2 more updates i have which are ……
—RazerUpdater_v1.1.1.2_B6-BIO5v0501
–RazerUpdater_v1.1.1.0-ME.exe.
The reason I’m telling you this is because your model # RZ09-0195 very close to mine RZ09-01953. And I thought maybe this could help you. But i do have to say that I have Somy Vaio T Series Ultrabook model # SVT131A11L (came with windows
then had windows 10 on it, that couldn’t update to windows 11. And I used Flyby11 to force windows 11 on it , AND IT WORKED, I couldn’t believe it. I also know you can use Rufus to install windows 11 on unsupported hardware. And I bet you $100 our Razerblade laptops are able to install windows 11. Because I’ve tried updating my razer the correct official way and it wouldn’t work, so option #2 is Flyby11 or Rufus. I’ll come back and leave a comment in the future to let you know what happens. And if you can do the same! GOOD LUCK!
I DID IT! I installed Windows 11 on my 2017 Razerblade (Rz09-01953 - Windows 10) laptop. On my razerblade laptop, I googled
Windows 11 download clicked on it (from windows website) scroll to middle of page.
downloaded Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO) for x64 devices (after downloading it, I
moved it to desktop,
then right click on it to
mount it to desktop)
—— after mounting it, it will also show up under
“This PC” called
DVD Drive (D: E: or F: depending on how you have your folders labeled) it looks like this
DVD Drive(D)CCCOMA_X64FRE_EN_US_DV9
—— F.y.i. You can get to it by going to
This PC” &
DVD Drive CCCOMA_X64FRE_EN_US_DV9 they are both located in the
folder icon in your
task bar, click on it & it will be on the left side) As well as
DVD Drive (D, E, or F) CCCOMA_X64FRE_EN_US_DV9
click on it to get to
“sources” - then single tap
“setupprep.exe” to only highlight it, do not double tap or run the program. Just keep it highlighted ONLY & keep it open.
After you do that, click on
start then type
cmd- make sure you’re inside cmd (command prompt) & you are using the
admin acct (whatever it maybe called). It will look like this after running cmd
C:\Users\Admin> or C:\Users\yourname
then type - D: E: or F: whatever letter your
DVD Drive (?) CCCOMA_X64FRE_EN_US_DV9” is in? make sure you put
: after the letter, then press
enter. then it will look like this
D:\> then type
cd then put a
space & then
paste what you copied from the
file path which is
D:\sources it will look like this after you paste it
D:\>cd D:\sources then press
enter, it will change to look like this
D:\sources then type
setupprep.exe /product server it will change to look like this
D: \sources›setupprep.exe /product server then press
enter, then Windows 11 will start to run
GOOD LUCK! It was very easy, it my directions are too confusing go to
